Better than the rest
Yes, there are maintenance requirements, and the length of the warranty does depend on where in New Zealand you live. For example, some coastal or off-shore applications will receive a reduced warranty. This is true of most manufacturers.
Having said that, zincalume for example, comes with no warranty at all!
